My room was clean. The food offered was very good. I appreciated the breakfast. The staff members were professional and kind, especially the receptionist Mohamed Ali. He provided assistance . I found the staff very accommodating.
The hotel rule of no outside food or drink caused a minor inconvenience when my purchases were briefly confiscated upon my return.

I found the staff friendly and well-organized. The reflexology massage I received at the spa was excellent. It was the best I've experienced in a long time. My room offered a pleasant view of the pool area along with several lovely palm trees. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant. It provided a variety of choices for dinner.
I noticed some cats roaming around the hotel freely.
